Leading towards agile – illustrated thoughts

It was an honor to be invited by the brilliant Jan Recker to speak about agile transformations at his course for the executive MBA for Digital Leadership and Innovation at University of Cologne Business School and Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. There is an incredible amount of things that can be said about agile transformation, so I focused on a part of the topic that I’m very passionate about: leading towards agile from a coaching perspective.

It was a great remote session with a lot of questions and discussions with the participants and I hope this can maybe be a tiny puzzle piece for co-creating a future working world worth living.
